At the MEIOR Final Conference (25–26th March 2024, Leuven), Prof. Michele Panzavolta (KU Leuven) proposed a set of 10 European Guidelines, based on the project's legal and empirical findings.
In Guideline No. 9, the introduction of ANNEX E is suggested, a standardized response form for the executing authority to provide the issuing authority with the information needed to evaluate the transmitted evidence.
